The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for release of the vehicle (Tractor Trolly) bearing Registration No.UK06M-9672. 4. The Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.11.2020, as an interim measure, directed that subject to the condition that the petitioner furnishes a security of Rs. 1 Lakh by way of other than cash and bank, the Tractor of the petitioner would be released by the respondents forthwith as soon as the security is furnished by the petitioner before the Registry of this Court and proof of furnishing security is placed before the competent authority. 5. Now, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial is still underway and has not concluded. 6. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 7. Since, the vehicle has already been released, the interim order is hereby made absolute with certain modifications that the petitioner will not sell-off his vehicle till the disposal of the case and he would produce the vehicle as and when required by the Trial Court. 8.
