Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner was initially appointed on the post of Shiksha ANKIT KUMAR SINGH Digitally signed by ANKIT KUMAR SINGH 2 WPS No. 485 of 2020 Grade-3 by order dated 29.11.2007 to which he joined on 01.12.2007. Thereafter, petitioner was on leave for higher studies and after completion of his studies, he submitted his joining. but the same had not been accepted, against which he made representation (Annexure P/3) which is still pending consideration before the respondent-authorities, therefore, he prays for direction to the respondents who will decide his representation within the stipulated time. 3. Be that as it may, the concerned respondent is directed to consider and decide the petitioner’s representation within 3 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
