(2) According to petitioner, he took admission in Class IX in Trafford Public School, Dhakarpur during academic session 2017-18, however in the High School Certificate, name of school is mentioned differently. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs: “i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry and take strict action against the respondent no. 4. ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 4 to return the whole fee of Class IX and X. iii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the compensation of Rs. 50,000/- to the petitioner.” (3) Learned State Counsel submits that since respondent no. 4 is an unaided school, therefore, writ petition would not be maintainable. (4) This Court do not find any reason to interfere in the matter, as petitioner has been issued High School Certificate. Merely because the name of school has been incorrectly mentioned in his High School Certificate will not give him cause of action to maintain this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
