The petitioner has preferred the instant writ petition against the order dated 03.08.2019 regarding change of name. 2. Mr. V.K. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that Civil Court vide its order dated 19.03.2019 has already declared change of name of the petitioner and ANKIT KUMAR SINGH Digitally signed by ANKIT KUMAR SINGH 2 WPC No. 856 of 2020 directed the same to be as Sanaya Sahu, therefore, the same is also binding upon the respondent herein. 3. Mr. Pankaj Agrawal, learned counsel for the respondent, would submit that such name cannot be changed. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, considered their rival submissions made herein above and gone through the records precisely. 5. Since the Civil Court has already passed an order vide order dated 19.03.2019 with regard to change of name of the petitioner herein and the same is binding upon the respondent, the impugned order dated 03.08.2019 is set aside and respondent is directed to correct the name of petitioner as Sanaya Sahu D/o Lae Kaliram Sahu. However, if respondent is aggrieved with the order of the Civil Court, respondent is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. 6.
