Mr. Ajay Veer Pundir, learned counsel appearing for Arya Pratinidhi Sabha, Delhi submits that identical issue has been dealt with by this Court in Writ Petition (M/ S) No. 1725 of 2016, therefore, this writ petition also deserves to be decided in terms of the said judgment. 5. This Court finds substance in the said submission. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is decided in terms of the judgment of even date passed in Writ Petition (M/ S) No. 1725 of 2016.
