Perusal of contempt petition would show that petitioner has arrayed Accountant General and officials of Treasury Accounts and Pension as also the Collector as party respondents. Notices were initially issued to Respondent No. 2 with the officials of the Treasury Accounts and Pension, District Bilaspur. Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that even after making several attempts, he could not be able to make contact with the petitioner and prays for withdrawal of this contempt petition with liberty to file better petition if any exigency arises. 4.
