1. This Appeal has been filed against the impugned judgment and decree dated 23.10.2019 passed by the Family Court, Bilaspur C.G. in Civil Suit No.429-A/2013 whereby the husband/appellant filed a divorce petition under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 against wife/respondent, which was dismissed. 2. Parties appeared before the Lok Adalat. They have settled their dispute and both the parties have agreed to live together along with their children and for this, a compromise has been arrived at between them, according to which, the husband has told the wife to take a residential house on rent in the place where she wants to live along with the children and the husband will reside along with wife and children in that house and he will maintain wife and his children while living together. The husband will also deposit amount in the account of two children and he will also give reasonable amount to his wife. In this way, both the parties have prayed for disposal of this appeal on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties outside the Court. 3. In that view of the matter that contesting parties to this appeal have amicably settled/compromised the dispute, we find that the terms and conditions of the compromise/settlement arrived at between the contesting parties are just, proper and legal and hence are acceptable. 3 We accordingly accept the compromise/settlement, proposed by the parties. 4. A copy of this compromise/docket arrived at by the parties be made part of this record. 5. Accordingly, the instant appeal is disposed of.
