The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking following reliefs:- VISHAKHA BEOHAR Digitally signed by VISHAKHA BEOHAR 2 “10.1) This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner from the possession of the respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to pay the bills amount of Rs. 44,60,806/-/- to the petitioner within a period of 15 days with interest. 10.3) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide the representation made by the petitioner. 10.4) Any other relief or relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court may think proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted.” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the parties submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition stands squarely covered by the judgment rendered by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in WP C No. 1917 of 2019 (Sameer Das vs. State of Chhattisgarh and another) decided on 17.06.2019. It is jointly prayed that the present writ petition may also be disposed of in terms of the observations and findings recorded therein. The relevant paragraphs of the said judgment are reproduced below:– “3. In the matter of Om Sai Traders and Tent House vs. State of Chhattisgarh in WA No.38 of 2015, Division Bench of this Court has held that for releasing of admitted money claim, a 3 writ petition would be maintainable, therefore, considering the said observation by the Division Bench it is deemed appropriate that the writ petition...is disposed of with direction that in the event petitioner submits fresh representation within 4 weeks along with copy of the bills raised by him before Competent Authority responsible for making payment, the said authority shall examine the issue and if the claims raised by the petitioner are admitted or undisputed the same shall be released within terms of contract. The representation shall be decided within a period of 3 months from the date of submission. ” 3. Since the grievance of the petitioner is identical to the one considered in WPC No. 1917 of 2019 (Sameer Das vs. State of Chhattisgarh and another), decided on 17.06.2019 and the petitioner in the present case is also seeking the same relief, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of and in line with the aforesaid judgment. 4.
