JUSTICE A. GUNESHWAR SHARMA Order 12.06.2026 [1] Present Mr. N. Bipin, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Niranjan, learned G.A. for the State respondent. [2] By the present writ petition, the petitioner prays for quashing of cancellation of the work allotted to him for construction of 150 ft. Bailey Bridge (TSR) over Chakpi river, Chandel. [3] The matter was referred to mediation. In the mediation proceeding dated 05.06.2026, the parties have amicably settled their disputes and the petitioner voluntarily undertake to withdraw the pending writ petition out of free will and without any claim from the respondents. It is submitted that writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the mediation settlement. The scan copy of the mediation proceeding dated 05.06.2026 is reproduced as: [4] Mr. S. Niranjan, learned G.A., submits that this Court may pass appropriate order in terms of the mediation proceeding dated 05.06.2026. [5] This Court has perused the materials on record and the settlement made in the mediation proceeding dated 05.06.2026.
