[2] By the present writ petition, the petitioner prays for quashing of cancellation of the work allotted to him for construction of 150 ft. Bailey Bridge (TSR) over Chakpi river, Chandel. [3] The matter was referred to mediation. In the mediation proceeding dated 05.06.2026, the parties have amicably settled their disputes and the petitioner voluntarily undertake to withdraw the pending writ petition out of free will and without any claim from the respondents.
