Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties. 3. Pursuant to order dtd.29.06.2026, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate filed an affidavit in Court with service of copy on the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. 4. Basing on the affidavit, it is contended that since a proceeding is pending against the Petitioner vide Memorandum dtd.16.05.2011 and the said proceeding has not yet been finalized, Petitioner has not been released with his retiral benefits. 5. Considering the stand taken in the affidavit and the fact that the proceeding is pending against the Petitioner, this Court while disposing the writ petition, permits the Petitioner to take appropriate step for disposal of the proceeding. 6.
