Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 3. Instant writ petitions are filed by the petitioners challenging the impugned order as at Annexure-1 on the grounds stated. Page 2 of 3 4. The pleadings are on record. 5. In course of hearing, Mr. Pattanaik, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that case at hand is covered by the order of this Court in Pramod Kumar Sahoo and Others Vrs. State of Odisha and others in W.P.(C) No.14493 of 2019 dated 12th March, 2026 with the submission that the petitioners are equally placed, hence, are entitled to similar relief. 6. Recorded the objection of Mr. Mohanty, learned ASC for the State. 7. A copy of the order in W.P.(C) No.14493 of 2019 is produced by Mr. Pattanaik, learned counsel for the petitioners at the time of hearing. 8. Regularization of the petitioners is claimed apart from challenging the order under Annexure-1. 9. Since it is claimed that petitioners are on equal footing like others whose services are directed to be regularized by the opposite parties after bringing them over to the work charged establishment at any time before the age of their superannuation as in Pramod Kumar Sahoo (supra), without expressing anything on merits of the case of the petitioners and in view of the submission of Mr. Pattanaik, learned counsel appearing for them pleading parity and objection of the State, the Court is inclined to direct the opposite parties to consider such entitlement and to take a decision thereon within a stipulated period. Page 3 of 3 10. Accordingly, it is ordered. 11. In the result, the writ petitions stand disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. It is further directed that the opposite parties and in particular, opposite party No.1 shall consider the plea of regularization of services of the petitioners at par with others allowed by this Court while disposing of W.P.(C) No.14493 of 2019 if it is covered and to take a decision in that regard at the earliest preferably within a period of eight weeks form the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 12.
