When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.8517 of 2020 respondents have re-fixed the seniority and the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and thus, there is no necessity to proceed further with the writ petition. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed by the subsequent action of the second respondent, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration and thus, the writ petition has become infructuous. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
