The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the petitioner did not submit any objection to the question and, even by considering the four marks sought in the writ petition are awarded, she would not come within the zone of consideration for selection to the post . 3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is of the view that since, the petitioner even if found eligible to be awarded any marks, would not come within the zone of consideration for selection to the post of Computer Instructors Grade-1 in School Education Department. The relief sought for in the present writ petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
