The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 296 days in filing the appeal against the award, dated 18.01.2019 made in M.C.O.P. No.700 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum VI Additional District Court, Madurai. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the records. 3. Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.
