2. Both the learned counsels for the plaintiff and the defendant are present before this Court. When this matter is taken up for hearing in the presence of both parties and both the learned counsels for the petitioner and the respondent submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and A Joint Compromise Memo dated 20.07.2026 duly signed by both the parties and their respective counsels, has been filed. The parties submitted that they have voluntarily entered into the settlement and have executed the said Joint Compromise Memo out of their free will and without any coercion or undue influence. Since the matter has been settled between the parties, the refund of the court fee may be permitted. 3. In view of the above, the Testamentary Original Suit stands disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
