A counter affidavit has been filed by the Principal of the said College stating that the playground had been maintained and there is badminton and volley ball and basket ball court and it had not been shifted. It had also been stated that the petitioner had expired on 02.01.2025. Recording the said fact, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
