When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
