It is seen that the writ petitioner had alleged that the private respondents herein had committed encroachment in Survey Nos.1811/10, 1811/11, 1811/12 and 1811/31 of Sundarapandiam Village in Watrap Taluk. On the other hand, Survey Nos.1811/12 and 1811/13 are Government poromboke lands. It is categorically stated that there are no encroachments in both the poromboke lands. The Tahsildar, Watrap Taluk had informed the petitioner that if he was aggrieved by the said stand, he can very well move the Sub-Collector, Sivakasi. There is no scope for interfering with the said order. The petitioner can always avail the appeal remedy. 3.This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
