The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 18.03.2019 and a legal notice dated 22.07.2019 to to immediately determine and pay the petitioner due compensation including solatium, interest, penal interest and all other additions https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 6427 of 2020 attached to it payable under Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013 for site and building in the entire 24.50 Sq.Meters (12 Sq.Meters + 12.5 Sq.Meters) of the petitioner’s lands. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2019 and legal notice dated 22.07.2019 will be disposed of by the respondent within a period of 6 weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 5.
