The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed an appeal, in which the order was passed on 11.04.1997. However, the said order was not at all served to the petitioner till date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's request will be considered within a period of 4 weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 5.
