Learned counsel for respondent No.4 has produced the copy of an order dated 13.09.2022 issued by Audit Officer, Cooperative Societies, Gurugram alongwith salary fixation at the rate of Rs.26,532/- w.e.f. 01.01.2016, in response to which learned counsel for the petitioner states that even as per the aforesaid fixation of salary, the total amount received by him is Rs.3,00,000/- only, and a sum of Rs.5,85,000/- is still outstanding. 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that in terms of the aforesaid order/fixation of salary, the balance amount, if any, shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of two months, which satisfies his learned counsel. 3 Disposed of accordingly.
