(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Article Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of directing the respondents to release the LTC Budget of the petitioners Block Year 2020 to 2023 in terms of letter bearing No. 2730 18.12.2024 sent by respondent No. 4-Divisional Forest Office, Sirsa, District Sirsa. The petitioners are working as employees in the Forest Department. Petitioners No. 1 and 2, namely, Prem Kumar and Vijay Kumar, now posted at Sirsa; whereas petitioner No. 3 Forester from Sirsa Division, Sirsa. The petitioners are entitled to Leave Travel Concession (LTC) in terms of Government Policies framed from time to time; however, the same has not been released for the block year 2020-2023. A.G., Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that case is identical to the one decided by this Court 24.04.2025 (Annexure P-2) passed in CWP Singh and others vs. State of Haryana and others Court that the claim of the petitioners shall also be considered by the Competent Authority on merits and in accordance with law, treating the present writ petition as a representation on behalf of all the petitioners. Be that as it may, without adverting to the mer respondent No. 2-Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Haryana, is directed to consider and decide the claim raised by the petitioners, after taking into account the averments made in the present petition, by treating the same as a representation on behalf of all the petitioners, within a 04 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. A copy of order so passed shall be supplied to the petitioners within 01 week thereafter. 3 were directed to submit representations before the competent authority for consideration of their claims, as no representation was pending before the authorities concerned. In the present case also, except for one communication issued by the Divisional Forest Officer, Sirsa to the Competent Authority, concerned, requesting sanction/release of LTC for 2023, no effective decision has been taken till date. The said communication is still pending consideration in the office of Ms. Tanushree Gupta, Addl. A.G., Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that issue involved in the present case is identical to the one decided by this Court vide order dated in CWP-11062-2025, titled as ‘Hari State of Haryana and others’. She further assures the claim of the petitioners shall also be considered by the Competent Authority on merits and in accordance with law, treating the present writ petition as a representation on behalf of all the petitioners. Be that as it may, without adverting to the merits of the case, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Haryana, is directed to consider and decide the claim raised by the petitioners, after taking into account the averments made in the present petition, by treating of all the petitioners, within a from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
