This application is jointly filed on behalf of the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 CPC for recording of settlement. 2. This suit was instituted by the Plaintiffs inter alia seeking permanent injunction restraining the Defendants from infringing Indian Patent Nos. IN 205147 and IN 235625. 3. During the pendency of the suit, parties have amicably settled their disputes and entered into a Settlement Agreement, recording the terms of settlement, which are confidential in nature and effective and binding between the parties. Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, parties have agreed to discharge each other from any and all claims, counter claims, demands, costs/damages and/or cause of action arising from the subject This is a digitally signed order. Suit is disposed of along with pending applications in terms of the settlement between the parties. 6. Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet. The Settlement Agreement shall form a part of the decree and terms thereof shall bind the parties thereto, including the agreement of the Defendant to withdraw its claim of invalidity and not to press for cost of Rs. 5,00,000/- imposed in its favour in FAO(OS)(COMM) No. 155/2020 on 20.07.2021. 7. Plaintiffs are held entitled to refund of entire court fees in accordance with the Court Fees Act, 1870. 8. Date of 28.09.2026 stands cancelled.
