The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition alleging that Respondent No.2 had wrongly frozen his bank account in the year 2019. 3. Admittedly, the order freezing the bank account was recalled in the year 2021, whereafter the Petitioner has been permitted to operate the said account. 4. Learned counsel representing the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is entitled to claim damages.
