1. It has been brought out in the application that a mediated Settlement Agreement dated 03.06.2026 has been entered into between the parties. It is jointly submitted by respective counsel that the said Settlement Agreement resolves all outstanding disputes between the parties. CS(COMM) 517/2020 & IA No.16493/2026
2. Respective counsel for the parties, on instructions, undertake that the parties shall remain bound with the terms thereof. 3. It is pointed out that in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 03.06.2026, the plaintiff is entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.20 Lakhs (along with accrued interest) which has been deposited before the Registrar General of this Court by the defendant pursuant to order dated 15.07.2025, passed by this Court. 4. Further, in terms of Clause-12(g) of the Settlement Agreement, the plaintiff is entitled to refund of court fees in accordance of Section 16 of the This is a digitally signed order. 1908. 5. Respective counsel for the parties jointly pray that the present application be allowed. 6. In the circumstances, the present application is allowed. 7. Accordingly, the court fees shall be refunded to the plaintiff in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 read with Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Further, the aforesaid amount of Rs.20 Lakhs, deposited before the Registrar General of this Court (along with accrued interest) shall be released into the following bank account of the plaintiff: Account Number – 135405000817 ICICI Bank, IFSC Code – ICIC0001354
