Despite service, non-applicant nos.1 and 2/original claimants as well as driver of the offending vehicle failed to appear in the matter. The application, as against non-applicant no.3 - owner of the offending vehicle, is already dismissed, vide order dated 16.01.2024. 3. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 60 days caused while lodging the appeal is hereby condoned. 4.
