These petitions are respect of challenge to the clauses 4.1, 4.3, 4.5 and 4.7 of the Government Resolution dated 07.08.2012. The Government vide said resultion, had probhibited the Medical Officers in Government, Semi Government, Local Self Government Hospitals from undertaking private practice. 3. This Court already in writ petiton no. 6549 of 2026 along with other connected petitions, vide order dated 30.07.2026 has upheld the validity of the Government resolution by dismissing the petitions. Since the issue is already covered by the said judgemnt, the present petitions are disposed of in view of judgment therein and it is reported that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 28560 of 2026 is pending before the Hon’ble Apex Court.
