By the present application, the applicant-acquiring body seeks condonation of delay of 58 days while lodging the appeal against the judgment and decree dated 08.01.2019 passed in Land Acquisition Case No.562/2012 by the learned Reference Court i.e. the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal. 3. Considering the rival submissions advanced by the respective parties and the grounds set out in the application, the delay of 58 days caused in filing the appeal is hereby condoned, subject to payment of costs of Rs.2500/- by the applicant in the “Public Welfare Account” maintained with the Union Bank of India, High Court Branch, Nagpur within two weeks from today. 4. Upon compliance with the condition of payment of costs, the office shall register the appeal and place the same before the Court on 23rd September, 2026 for further consideration.
