Suryawanshi, for the petitioner seeks time to take instructions, but the petition appears to be filed for registration of offence against respondent Nos. 4 and 5 as per the complaints of the petitioner in the year 2020. However, the report of Resource Personnel of this Court as well as the record indicates that since last five and half years the petitioner remained absent. He did not give any instructions to his own counsel. Under such circumstances, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
