The learned Advocate for the Applicants states that this Revision was filed since the respondent/wife was about to execute the impugned order. However, it reveals from the record that the wife has khs/Aug.2026/799 2026:BHC-AUG:38428 - 2 - not taken any initiative to execute the impugned order. He, therefore, submits that as of now his grievance is redressed. However, in the future, if respondent/wife initiates the execution proceeding, he may permit to approach this Court again. 4.
