This application is for restoration of the civil revision application which was dismissed for non-prosecution. The civil revision application is filed by the original plaintiff to challenge the order allowing the application filed by the defendant under Section 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 2. The impugned order is therefore not revisable under Section 115 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908. Hence, no purpose would be served by restoring the civil revision application.
