Rekha has been convicted in Sessions Trial No. 149 of 2017 (arising out of Case Crime No. 271 of 2016), under Sections 147, 148, 307, 302/149, 120B IPC, Police Station- Binauli, District- Baghpat and sentenced to imprisonment for life. 3.
