In the present proceedings, after going through the record, I find that the petitioners are assailing the order dated 1st October, 2019, passed below Exhibit-5 by the Ad-hoc District Judge-1, Shahada, in Regular Civil Appeal No.16 of 2019. 3. It appears that the present petition has been pending since 2020 and no interim order is operating in the present petition. Therefore, without going into the merits of the matter, I am inclined to dispose of the petition by directing the Appellate Court to decide the appeal, i.e., Regular Civil Appeal No.16 of 2019, within a period of one year from today. 4.
