1. Mr. Gavnekar, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are squarely covered by the G.R. dated 28th June 2023 and the clarificatory subsequent G.R. dated 17th November 2023. He would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioners are already benefited of those G.Rs. However, he apprehends that an individual petitioner might be left to get such benefit.
2. In view of this, purpose of writ petition is served. Accordingly, the Petition stands disposed of. Uday S. Jagtap 1 of

3. In the event, if any individual petitioner is still deprived of the benefit of both these G.Rs., he/she is at liberty to file appropriate representation to the University and concerned Authority. The concerned Authority as also the University shall extend the benefit to such employee/s.
