It is not disputed that LPA No.51 of 2020 is pending before this Court against the said order filed by the respondent- Corporation. 3. On 03.03.2023, the proceedings in the execution petition pending before the Himachal Pradesh Industrial Tribunal- cum- Labour Court, Shimla were ordered to be stayed vide order passed in LPA No.51 of 2020. 4. In such circumstances, we are of the considered opinion that once there is a stay, no further directions can be issued in the present writ petition. 5. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, does not press present petition, in view of the fact that the present petition was filed on 01.07.2020 and there was no such interim order initially and thereafter it came to be passed on 03.03.2023. 6. Resultantly, the present petition is disposed of, as not pressed, so also, pending miscellaneous application(s), if any. ( G.S.
