The instant application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed by the applicants/respondents No.1 to 3 for release of the awarded amount of compensation, lying deposited in the Registry of this Court.
2. As per the applicants, they are in dire need of money and the appeal preferred by the non-applicant/appellant has been withdrawn by it before the Lok Adalat held on 13.12.2025, therefore, it is prayed that the amount of compensation as awarded by the learned Tribunal below, along-with up-to-date interest, may be released in their favour as per their respective shares. The application is duly supported with the affidavits of the applicants.
3. Learned vice counsel for the non-applicant/ appellant, under instructions received from Mr. Jagdish Thakur, Advocate, submitted that he does not want to file any reply to the application and has no objection in case the amount is released in favour of the applicants/respondents No.1 to 3.
4. Heard. Having perused the averments made in the application, which are duly supported with the affidavits of
applicants, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the awarded amount of compensation alongwith up-to-date interest in favour of the applicants/respondents, as per their respective shares and is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, after proper verification and identification by remitting the same to their respective bank accounts, details whereof have been given in para-5 of the application.
5. The application stands disposed of.
