In course of hearing, it is stated at the bar that the suit in question is nearing its culmination and is posted for hearing final arguments on 2nd of May, 2026. 5. Considering the submissions as above, this Court finds it unnecessary to keep this writ application pending, which is therefore, disposed of directing the Court below to dispose of the suit on merits. 6. The interim order passed by this Court on 04.02.2026 shall continue till disposal of the case.
