This is an application for condonation of delay. 3. Taking into consideration the grounds taken in the petition for condonation of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- to be paid before the Orissa High Court Bar Association Welfare Fund. 4. Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of. FAO No.279 of 2019 5. On perusal of the record, it appears that the FAO has been restored to file subject to the Appellants paying costs. 6. It is contended by the learned counsels appearing for the parties that the issue involved in the present appeal is covered by the judgment of this Court so passed on 19.03.2025 in FAO No.509 of 2014 and batch. 9. In view of such submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the present FAO is disposed of in the light of judgment so passed in FAO No.509 of 2014 and batch.
