By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the following relief: “It is therefore prayed that your Lordship would be graciously pleased admit this writ petition, issue notice to opposite party, upon hearing of parties issue direction to opposite parties to settle/issue the hal R.O.R in respect of the land situated in Mouza- Brajabiharipur sabik Khata No-24, Sabik Plot No 231 Area. Ac.77.23 dec. land as per delivery of possession register volume-III page 34, Sl No.407 , Nayabadi Correction Register No 37/49 and considering the representations and other documents.;” 3. The defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter on 19.01.2020, have not been removed despite lapse of six years. Be that as it may, the Petitioner by means of this application seeks the innocuous prayer for disposal of the representation made by the villagers, before the Tahasildar, Athagarh, Cuttack under Annexure-2. 4. Having regard to the age of the representation, it is expected that the authority must have disposed of the same in the meanwhile. However, if any such representation is pending, the same be disposed of in accordance with law within a period of one month and the result thereof be communicated to the applicants within a period of two weeks thereafter. 5.
