By way of the present contempt petition, the petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the judgment dated 03.11.2018, whereby the respondents were directed to pay to the petitioner such amount as was admittedly payable to him, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date a copy of the order was to be made available to them. 2. At this stage, learned counsel for the parties submit that the aforesaid judgment dated 03.11.2018 has been complied with by the respondents in its letter and spirit. 3. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, nothing further survives for consideration in the present contempt petition. 4. Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of.
