JUSTICE SANJAY PARIHAR, JUDGE ORDER 14.08.2026 1. It is fairly conceded by learned counsel for the respondents that, insofar as filing of a copy of the written statement in the earlier suit regarding the lease in question is concerned, he has not been able to lay his hands on the same. He further concedes that he has no objection in case the order of the trial court is modified by permitting the petitioners to place on record the certified copies of the power of attorney and photograph of the lease deed, subject to liberty being given to the defendants to raise the issue of admissibility of such documents during the course of trial. 2. It is further submitted that the petitioners have placed a certified copy of the lease deed along with the present petition. 3. Be that as it may, since the only issue involved herein is with regard to placing on record the certified copies of the aforesaid two documents and, to that extent, the respondents/defendants Sr. No. 05 2 WP(C) No. 2973/2019 expressed no objection, the order of the trial court warrants modification. 4.
