Through the medium of the present petition, the petitioner seeks the quashing of Government Order dated 16.11.2018 issued by respondent No. 1whereby all advertisement notices pertaining to the engagement of Rehbar-e-Taleem Teachers, as well as panels prepared in cases where engagement orders had not been issued, were cancelled ab initio. The petitioner has further sought a direction to the respondents to finalize the selection process for the 2nd post of Rehbar-e-Taleem teacher in PS Shakhupur, in terms of the panel prepared by respondent No. 4 and to engage the petitioner as Rehbar-e-Taleem teacher in PS Shakhupur. 2. Respondents though have filed their response but subsequently the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in “UT of J&K v. Saba Atiq” has issued the slew of directions which the res-pondents otherwise are under obligation to follow. 3. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for engagement as Rehbar-e-Taleem teacher for village Shakhupur in light of judgment WP(C) No. 2215/2019 2 rendered by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in “UT of J&K v.
