Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 submits, on the strength of a copy of the judgment and order dated 12.12.2019 passed by the 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Haridwar in Sessions Trial No. 21 of 2016, State v.
Dalvinder Singh and Others, that the said sessions trial, from which the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has arisen, has already been decided by the
judgment and order dated 12.12.2019, whereby the applicant and the other accused persons have been convicted.
7. In view of the statements made by the learned counsel for the parties, the instant criminal miscellaneous application is dismissed as having become infructuous/abated.
