While arguing the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court towards the earlier round of litigation initiated by the petitioner by way of writ petition bearing SWP No. 1943/2016, which was allowed vide order dated 02.06.2018, in which the respondents were directed to process the case of the petitioner for the engagement as ReT in the Government Middle School, Neel without any further waste of time. 2. The petitioner has come up with this petition challenging Government Order No. 919-Edu of 2018 dated 16.11.2018 by virtue of which, Rehbar-e-Taleem scheme was cancelled/withdrawn ab-initio by the Government. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Hon’ble Supreme Court has now settled the matter of ReTs scheme by rendering its decision in the case of U. T. of J&K and others vs. Saba Wani and others. He therefore, submits that the claim of the petitioner be considered in terms of judgment rendered by the Supreme Court(supra). Mr. Anishwar Chatterji Koul, learned GA submits that the respondents 50 WP(C) No. 1759/2019 Page 2 of 2 would have no objection, in considering the case of the petitioner in terms of judgment(supra). 4. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner strictly in terms of the judgment of the Supreme Court referred above as well as order dated 02.06.2018(supra).
