A bare reading of the order referred to above reveals that the petition preferred by the petitioner was disposed of by the Writ Court with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds in terms of SRO 43 of 1994 within a specified time. Statement of facts/compliance report on behalf of respondents dated 17.12.2019 has been submitted. Learned counsel for the respondents, with reference to the averments set out in para 4 thereof, submits that the claim of the petitioner was considered by the competent authority, and a speaking order dated 11.12.2019 has since been passed which indicates that his claim for appointment on compassionate grounds shall be considered as and when a Class IV post is available (other than off-cadre/not upgraded), in respective District in accordance under SRO 380 of 1989, subject to his eligibility and Shameem Hamid Mir 2026.04.16 10:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document roster position.
