That the answering respondents cannot even think of flouting the order of the Hon’ble Court. It is submitted that the representation of the petitioner received on 30.10.2018 has been decided and as per the directions issued by the Chairman (Deputy Commissioner) District Health Society, Samba the petitioner namely Anju Bala D/o Hans Raj R/o Rajinderpura has been hired as staff nurse on contractual basis under National Health Mission (NHM) at DEIC District Hospital Samba till March 020 or the continuation of the scheme whichever is earlier vide No.CMO/S/NHM/1938-42 dated 03.01.2020 and has been directed to report Medical Superintendent, District Hospital Samba within seven days with the terms and conditions mentioned in the order”.
