HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY DHAR, JUDGE.
ORDER 28-04-2026
WP (C ) No. 3866/2019 No one has been appearing in this case on behalf of the petitioner for the last three consecutive dates of hearing. Today also, when the matter was called out for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest to prosecute his case.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated CCP (S) No. 320/2020
Since the main petition has been dismissed for non-prosecution and the interim order, out of which the present contempt petition has arisen, stands vacated, the present contempt proceedings are closed. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
