Ms. Navdeep Kour, Assisting Counsel to Mr. Gagan Basotra, learned Senior Advocate, submits that subject matter of this writ petition is now cognizable by the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) and, therefore, this writ petition, which was filed prior to Re-organisation Act of 2019, needs to be transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu Bench for its adjudication. 2. Learned counsel submits that this petition needs to be transferred for adjudication to the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu Bench in view of Notification No. G.S.R. 267 (E) of 2020 read with G.S.R. 317 (E) of 2020. 3. This Court finds no reason to brush aside the plea of learned Advocate Ms. Navdeep Kour. 4. This writ petition is, thus, transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu.
