Learned counsel submits that this petition needs to be transferred for adjudication to the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu Bench in view of Notification No. G.S.R. 267 (E) of 2020 read with G.S.R. 317 (E) of 2020. 3. This Court finds no reason to brush aside the plea of learned Advocate Ms. Navdeep Kour. 4. This writ petition is, thus, transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu.
