I.A.No.642 of 2019 was filed for waiver of six (06) months period contemplated under section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, by both parties in divorce proceedings. On dismissal of the said application, the present Civil Revision Petition was filed. 3. None appeared on either side. 4.
