I.A.No.1032 of 2017 is filed for Impediment in terms of the Order 1 Rule 10 r/w Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure,1908 by the third parties. This said application was allowed. Questioning the same, the petitioner/plaintiff filed the present Civil Revision Petition. 4. The case status information discloses that, the matter is settled before the Mediation and the suit was disposed of by passing an award in terms of compromise entered before the mediation, on 29.12.2025.
